We try very hard to produce the highest quality handmade lamps and lampshades. We take extra time to pack our items carefully so that when you open your box everything arrives with no damages. If something does arrive broken or damaged, please hang on to all of the packing and boxes for possible UPS inspection and call or email us that day. Email us: or (207)774-0740 between 9am - 4pm EST, . We will file a claim with UPS. Do not dispose of the items until you hear from us.

In the event you are not satisfied with your order, please repack your order like you received it with the same wrapping materials and boxes and contact us right away. Email us: or (207)774-0740 between 9am - 4pm EST, Monday through Friday.

We will accept a return up to 7 days after you receive your order. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from). Upon receipt of your returned items, and providing they are returned undamaged, we will credit your account for the amount of the item only, shipping is not reimbursable. In the event we receive a damaged item back because the buyer did not repack it correctly, we reserve the right to give a partial refund.
